Nearest A&E locator

Safety got simpler in 2024. With the nearest A&E feature, you can automatically pull details of the closest A&E - all you need is a postcode!

For England: Integrated with the NHS database for accurate, up-to-date locations.

For other regions: Use our Google Maps integration to quickly retrieve details by entering a hospital name or partial address.

RAMS Analytics dashboard

Stay in control with real-time insights into your RAMS. The dashboard updates instantly and always gives you the most accurate information about which RAMS are currently live, and which are starting and ending soon. The dashboard’s built-in interactivity allows for many customisation options for the charts, enabling you to delve deeper into the data or keep a high-level overview.

We’ve recently introduced Personnel profile access, one of our most requested features! With this update, your team gets:

• Complete transparency: employees can view their own training details, including expiry dates and bookings.
• Instant access: download training reports anytime, anywhere — even on mobile.
• Streamlined processes: empowered teams mean fewer inquiries and more time for you to focus on what matters.

Bulk actions

Simplify repetitive tasks like booking and recording training for multiple personnel at once with Bulk actions. This feature lets you:

• Create, edit, or remove group bookings in seconds.
• Notify personnel with automated reminders.
• Record completed training in bulk, saving time and effort.

The new Bookings tab keeps everything organised, whether it’s upcoming and past bookings, or eLearning.

Auto-enrol on eLearning

No more chasing training renewals. The auto-enrol feature is designed to save you time by automating eLearning course enrolments. It automatically enrols personnel into courses when their current training is about to expire, helping you reduce admin work.
