We’re excited to announce that one of our most ever requested features, Nearest A&E (Accident & Emergency) is now live!

The brand new addition to our RAMS software makes it easier than ever to find and add the closest A&Es to your worksites, thanks to our integration with the NHS database.

Seamless NHS and Google Maps Integration

With the nearest A&E feature, you can automatically pull details of the closest A&E - all you need is a postcode!

Just enter the worksite’s postcode in the project details when creating a RAMS, and you’ll instantly get a list of the closest A&E locations. This feature is integrated with the NHS database for locations in England, so you can be sure the info is accurate and up-to-date.

If your site is outside of England, our Google Maps integration has you covered - simply enter the hospital’s name or partial address to get the details for the nearest facility.

QR code with directions

Nearest A&E doesn’t just help you find hospitals, it’ll even give you directions!

The selected A&E information is integrated into the final RAMS document, alongside an automatically generated QR code. When scanned, the QR code provides directions via Google Maps, ensuring everyone on-site knows exactly where to go in case of an emergency.

Customisable for your needs

Flexibility is key with Nearest A&E. It can be easily enabled or disabled through your account settings, allowing you to tailor its use within your organisation.
